Take One is a social skills drama class I offer. In this group, we stretch our minds and flex our brains through improvisation and movement along with many other acting exercises. I focus on working with others, reading non-verbal signals, thinking creatively and being flexible. We laughed and had fun while building our self-esteem and making friends. These are some of the activities we did this summer. Flexible Phrases was borrowed from “Acting Antics” by Cindy B. Schneider and the rest I got from Improv Warm-Ups by expertvillage on Youtube. You can access Take One! under my pages.
